Our Mission: Our purpose is to provide and maintain a facility that will be used primarily as a meeting place for alcoholics who have a desire to stop drinking, and by friends or relatives of alcoholics, own and operate such a facility on a non-profit basis, promote fellowship among people suffering from alcoholism and among their friends and family as well, and aid in the direct recovery of people directly affected by alcoholism. Serves the particular needs of its members, is seen as a safe haven for alcoholics desiring recovery, and serves the general needs of the AA, Al-Anon, and Alateen communities, respectively. We endeavor to be prudent in all business affairs and exemplify, in all decisions and attendant policies, the time-honored principles of honesty, unity, loyalty, pride of ownership, and good citizenship. We are a 501 [c][3] non-profit business founded in 1963. The Heights Club will celebrate its 23rd anniversary at this building in 2008. We built this structure for the sole purpose of holding meetings and functions. We have over 6000 square feet indoors, and ample parking space on either side of the building. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms within the Club. The office is staffed from 9am-10pm 365 days a year.
